The book is another story of teenage romance. The story revolves around the Ayushman Bose and his life. Along with Ayushman, there are other characters too that can be called as protagonists’ as they play a major part in the book. All characters have their own space. As the title suggests, the book is a story of romance and conquered love with a happy ending.
Comprising of several characters, each character has been given equal space by the author. Although the plot is extremely simple with another tale of romance, however, the author has given the story his own twist and turns. Clean, extremely simple plot with brilliant characterization and lucid and fascinating narration makes it a good read. At times, I felt that the author is narrating his own story. Also, the in-between notes make it more interesting. Additionally, the way the city of joy, Kolkata is described is fantastic. I could imagine the city while reading. That is brilliant. The book makes a perfect mate while traveling. Highly recommended to everyone who is looking for light-hearted romance that is engrossing with twists and turns.
Negatives– There were few editing errors. Rest, no flaws.
